On November 20, 2008, the City Manager released the “General Fund Structural Deficit Elimination Plan.”
The General Fund Structural Deficit Elimination Plan (Plan) contains strategies for the City Council to consider to close an estimated $106 million deficit in the General Fund over the next five years. This Plan will be presented to the City Council at a Study Session on Friday, December 5.

There, you will find information on what DTV is, questions consumers should ask when purchasing new television sets, what programs are available in DTV, and much more.
