Second Annual Mike Bard Holiday Baseball Camp to bring big hitters and lower fees!
Join Mike Bard, and his staff, including Douglas County's own Josh Bard and World Series champion pitcher, Brad Lidge for a winter baseball tune-up at the Parker Fieldhouse, 18700 E. Plaza Drive, on Dec. 27 and 28 from 1 to 5 p.m. each day. This two-day camp over the holiday break will cover all the bases. On Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., a Holiday Basketball Fundamentals Camp will be hosted at the Parker Fieldhouse by Marcus Mason and his Nothing But Net staff for male and female players ages six to 17. Led by our trained and talented Recreation Staff, the Post-Turkey Parents' Day Out program will keep kids active and supervised while Mom and Dad shop. The Sports Department is seeking volunteer coaches for a variety of upcoming winter sports leagues, including Girls’ Only, Boys’ Only and Kinder Basketball leagues; and Boys’ and Girls’ Indoor Soccer leagues.
