In order to maintain a high level of service, the City of Kissimmee has designed a form for citizens to use as a way to communicate directly with the City.

If you have a question, problem, complaint, suggestion, or compliment about City of Kissimmee programs, services, employees, and activities—please access the Citizen Comment link on the home page of our Web site.

Once you have entered the requested information, it will be forwarded to the appropriate City Department and a response will be issued within 48 hours.
