• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.
• The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• Parking rates are not included with the price of your ticket. Parking is located on the amphitheatre grounds. There are no special charges for limos, motorcycles, or buses. Limited Premier Parking is available for $15.00.
• Camping is not allowed.
• Photography policies are subject to artist approval and vary by event. Please call on show day for more information.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
• The Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard?, Visa?, American Express, and Discover?. There is a $5.00 service charge for all tickets purchased at the Box Office.

• Accessible orchestra seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions (companion seating must be purchased at the same time). The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre provides accommodations for guests with limited mobility and visual and hearing impairments. Courtesy Carts are available to transport guests from the Main Entrance to the seating area. The service is available before, during, and after the show. Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at the Main Entrance Guest Services booth. TDD devices are available at the amphitheater Box Office.
