Welcome to the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber Of Commerce
The Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest autonomous chambers of commerce in Arizona and represents approximately 2,000 businesses with more than 110,000 employees in the greater Tucson area. Small businesses make up 90 percent of the Chamber’s membership. Unlike many chambers across the country, the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce receives no funding from local or state government agencies and is entirely supported by membership investments and special events.
Truly the independent voice of the business community, the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce spearheads initiatives in five key areas designed to develop a climate in which local business can create jobs and operate at a profit. The Chamber 1) supports the business community and advocates for its members by creating a strong local economy; 2) promotes the community; 3) provides networking opportunities; 4) represents the interests of business with government; and 5) supports business-friendly ballot measures and evaluates candidates for public office.
The Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is a private, nonprofit, membership-supported organization dedicated to promoting a better economic climate in Southern Arizona. By consolidating resources from several thousand businesses large and small, the Chamber becomes a powerful force for business advocacy and an efficient and inexpensive resource for individual business members.
